Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act, section 3 of the Emergency Services Act, and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Sean Dutton as:
a) Deputy Minister (Intergovernmental Affairs) within the Department of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs; and
b) Chief Executive Officer of Fire and Emergency Services – Newfoundland and Labrador,
both effective October 9, 2013, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan and with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
