Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice and Public Safety to pre-commit funds against its 2018-19 and 2019-20 budgetary appropriations, in the amount of $292,700 and $219,500 respectively, to facilitate a two-year lease agreement with Beothuck Investments Inc.
