Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr. Mike Samson as Chief Executive Officer of the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, effective October 9, 2013, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan; with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply; with Mr. Samson’s salary to be paid by the Department of Environment and Conservation and with the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board to reimburse the Department of Environment and Conservation for such salary paid; and with any leave, severance entitlements, or other benefits accumulated by Mr. Samson to October 9, 2013, to remain as liabilities of the Department of Environment and Conservation.
