Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Colleen Janes as Deputy Minister (Municipal Affairs) within the Department of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
