Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey surplus vacant land, as described in Annex B of the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Fairview Investments Ltd. for the consideration and subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister may prescribe.
