Under the authority of subsection 5(1) of the Liquor Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Deputy Minister of Finance or his/her designate to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, effective immediately, for a term of three years.
