Under the authority of subsection 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services to issue a request for proposals for the development of a training plan for specialized foster homes and for the delivery of this training.
