Under the authority of sections 5 and 7 of the Liquor Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby revokes the following, effective January 5, 2018:

a) the appointment of Stephen R. Winter as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation and OC2008-341, with Mr. Winter to receive termination benefits in accordance with correspondence on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council; and

b) OC2010-302.
