Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Aubrey Gover as Deputy Minister within the Office of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs, Executive Council, effective October 9, 2013, with a 10% increase applied to his current salary, with a position description to be forwarded by Mr. Gover to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to October 9, 2013, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein, with normal step progressions and general increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with benefits to include the payment of annual practice fees to the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
