Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Supply Act, 2017, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby authorizes the transfer of $990,000 from the Contingency Reserve to the Department of Justice and Public Safety, Subdivision 2.1.01.09 - Civil Law Allowances and Assistance, for the settlement of litigation files 2015 01G 2057, 2016 01G 2433, and 1998 St. J. 4253.
