Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Don Roche to the permanent position of Superintendent of Prisons, effective Feburary 1, 2018, and to set the salary of the Superintendent of Prisons at HL-30, Step 25, with general salary increases to apply
