Under the authority of section 520 and Appendix 1 of the Personnel Administrative Procedures, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Bargaining Unit Classification Appeal Board, effective immediately, for a term of one year:

 iii)  Rita Malone, Assistant Deputy Minister (Regional Economic Development), Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development;
 iv)  Denise May, Regional Director of Human Resources, Western Health;
 v)  Maureen McCarthy, Director of Pension Administration, Department of Finance;
 vi)  Barbara Molgaard Blake, Vice President of People and Information, Labrador-Grenfell Health;
 vii)  Craig Slaney, Executive Director of Application Services, Office of the Chief Information Officer;
 viii)  Paul Smith, Assistant Deputy Minister (Strategic and Corporate Services), Department of Transportation and Works;
