Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to transfer the administration of the Management Classification Review Committee to the Public Service Commission from the Human Resource Secretariat and to merge it with the administration of the Bargaining Unit Classification Appeal Board.
