Buildings Accessibility Act
Under the authority of section 20 of the Buildings Accessibility Act and in accordance with paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant- Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Debbie Ryan to the Buildings Accessibility Appeal Tribunal, for the remainder of a two-year term expiring August 3, 2023, effective immediately.
