Labour Relations Act and Independent Appointments Committee Act
Under the authority of subsection 6(3) of the Labour Relations Act and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Larry Pittman as an Alternate Member - Employer Representative to the Labour Relations Board, for a two-year term, effective immediately.
