Under the authority of subsection 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Licence to Occupy Crown Land comprising of an area not exceeding 450 m² at Forteau, Labrador, to C & T Enterprises Limited for the purpose of a wharf, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable for the issuance of such Licences to Occupy.
