Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 5 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to rename the Office of Climate Change, Energy Efficiency and Emissions Trading in the Executive Council as the Office of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, while continuing to vest in the Office all of its existing responsibilities.
