Under the authority of section 15 of the Public Procurement Act and paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sean Dutton, Deputy Minister of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, as the Chief Procurement Officer, on an interim basis, effective February 1, 2018, until such time as the position is filled in accordance with the Independent Appointments Commission Act, in addition to his existing duties as Deputy Minister of the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, at his current salary
