Under the authority of section 4 of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015, and on the recommendation of the House of Assembly Management Commission, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 Schedule B Amendment Order, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
