Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Supply Act, 2017, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby authorizes the transfer of $175,000 from the Contingency Reserve to the Department of Justice and Public Safety, Subdivision 2.1.01.09 - Civil Law Allowances and Assistance, for payment to an employee in respect of civil litigation arising from employment.
