Memorial University Act; College Act, 1996
Under the authority of paragraph 22(2)(c) of the Memorial University Act and subsection 10(2.1) of the College Act, 1996, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following people as joint representatives to the College of the North Atlantic’s Board of Governors and Memorial University’s Board of Regents, effective from a current date, for three-year terms:
a) Mark Gerald Bradbury;
b) John Gibbons; and
c) Donna Rideout.
