Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit $25,541 annually against its budgetary appropriations in 2018-19 to 2022-23 to facilitate entering into an extension of an Intergovernmental Letter of Agreement for BizPaL service.
