Under the authority section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Marlene Hickey as Chief Review Commissioner of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division, effective February 18, 2013, at a salary of $110,000, with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of her date of appointment, where applicable, and with normal step progression and general salary increases to apply.
