Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit up to $12,506,700 against its budgetary appropriations in 2018-19 and up to $9,872,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2019-20, to facilitate professional services work through the Managed Services Provider contract with Flextrack Inc..
