Under the authority of section 12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following people to the Advisory Council on Occupational Health and Safety, effective from a current date:

a) As management representatives:

i. Lana Marie Collins, for a two-year term;

ii. Derrick House, for a two-year term;

iii. Cathy Ivany, for a three-year term; and

iv. Travis White, as Chairperson, for a three-year term;

b) As employee representatives:

i. Mary Kathleen King, for a two-year term;

ii. Kristy Reid, for a two-year term;

iii. Robert G. Richards, for a three-year term; and

iv. Yvette Hynes, as Vice-Chairperson, for a three-year term.
