Under the authority of subsections 42(1) and (3) of the Pharmaceutical Services Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Pharmaceutical Audit Appeal Board, effective immediately, for a term of three years:
 Members
 i)  Ms. Keri-Lynn Power, lawyer (Chairperson);
 ii)  Mr. Perry Humphries, pharmacist;
 iii)  Mr. Jesse G. DeVilla, accountant;
 Alternate Members
 iv)  Ms. Beth A. Sheppard, lawyer;
 v)  Ms. Tracey Park, pharmacist; and
 vi)  Mr. Marc Dominic, accountant.
