Under the authority of paragraph 16(2)(c) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Judge Wynne Anne Trahey to the Judicial Council of the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, as the President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Provincial Court Judges, effective from a current date, for a three-year term.
