Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $1,173,100 against the Department of Justice and Public Safety’s 2018-19 budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the award of a contract to JMJ Holdings Ltd. for renovations of the Argyle Building to accommodate the Supreme Court, Family Division, St. John’s.
