Under the authority of the Executive Council Act, subsection 4(5) of the Government Purchasing Agency Act, and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Leigh Puddester as the Chief Operating Officer of the Government Purchasing Agency, on an acting basis, effective October 16, 2013, in addition to his responsibilities as Deputy Minister of Procurement, with no change in salary as a result of this additional assignment.
