Under the authority of subsection 19(3) of the Conflict of Interest Act, 1995, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to grant a waiver to Geoffrey Williams, former Deputy Minister of the Human Resources Secretariat, in respect of his current employment responsibilities as Director, Office of Faculty Relations with Memorial University of Newfoundland.
