Under the authority of section 6 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Dwanda Newman as a full-time commissioner, for a ten-year term, and to designate Ms. Newman as the Vice-Chairperson, effective March 14, 2018, with salary at Step 25 on the 1856 Point Scale, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of her reappointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to her date of reappointment, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been reappointed herein.
