Under the authority of section 6 of the Public Utilities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint John O’Brien as a full-time commissioner, effective April 9, 2018, for a ten-year term, with salary at Step 21 on the 1262 Point Scale, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of the date of his appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to his date of appointment, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein.
