Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 36 of the Public Procurement Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor to proclaim: 

a) sections 1-11, 14-30 and 32-36 of the Public Procurement Act into force on March 24, 2018; and

b) sections 12-13 of the Public Procurement Act into force on September 24, 2018.
