Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $19,500 in 2018-19, $24,500 in 2019-20 and $24,500 in 2020-21, to facilitate the award of the tender to Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) Ltd for the lease of four mail machines in Grand Falls-Windsor, Gander, Corner Brook and Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
