Under the authority of subsection 4(5) of the Supply Act, 2017, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby authorizes the transfer of $262,306.31 from the Contingency Reserve to the Department of Justice and Public Safety, Subdivision 2.1.01.02 - Civil Law, Operating Accounts (Professional Services), to satisfy costs of external legal counsel hired in relation to an investigation respecting uncoated groundwood paper.
