Under the authority of subsection 9(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources to issue a grant of Crown Land comprising an area of 53.66 hectares to the Town of Gander, for the purpose of a new wastewater treatment plant, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
