Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Allan Hawkins as Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour; and Registrar General, with effect from April 26, 2018.
