Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution of a Deed of Conveyance to Shane Russell for land located at 23 Boy Scout Road, George’s Lake, NL, as more particularly described in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety, and on the conditions that the Attorney General may determine.
