Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Allan Hawkins to the Executive Council of the Province as Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, Education and Early Childhood Development and Registrar General, with effect from May 4, 2018.
