Under the authority of section 3 of the Securities Act, subsection 3(1) of the Real Estate Trading Act and subsection 3(1) of the Mortgage Brokers Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Michael Delaney as the Superintendent of Securities, Superintendent of Real Estate Agents and Salespersons, and Registrar of Mortgage Brokers, on an interim basis.
