Under the authority of subsection 3(2) of the Real Estate Trading Act and subsection 3(2) of the Mortgage Brokers Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Manager of Financial Analysis and Investigations in the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador as Deputy Superintendent of Real Estate Agents and Salespersons and Deputy Registrar of Mortgage Brokers.
