Under the authority of sections 672.38 and 672.4 of the Criminal Code of Canada, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Randolph J. Piercey, QC as a member and alternate Chairperson of the Criminal Code Mental Disorder Review Board, effective immediately.
