Under the authority of subsection 19(3) of the Conflict of Interest Act, 1995, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to grant a waiver to Heather Jacobs, QC in respect of her employment as Deputy Minister and Deputy Attorney General of the Department of Justice and Public Safety (Acting).
