Under the authority of sections 54 and 90 of the Constitution Act, 1867, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to cause a message to be delivered to the Honourable Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board recommending Main Supply for 2018-19 in the amount of $5,010,991,400, in addition to the amount of $2,806,552,200 authorized by the Interim Supply Act, 2018, details thereof being set forth in the Schedule attached as Annex A to the Minister’s Submission.
