Under the authority of subsection 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Licence to Occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 67 m² of Crown Land situated at Pilley’s Island, in the Electoral District of Grand Falls-Windsor – Green Bay South, to Dana Rice for the purpose of a boathouse and wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such Licences to Occupy.
