Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Donna O’Brien as Assistant Deputy Minister (Service Delivery and Regional Operations) in the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services on an acting basis, effective from January 20, 2014 to January 31, 2014, with Ms. O’Brien to be confirmed as Assistant Deputy Minister (Service Delivery and Regional Operations) in the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services effective February 1, 2014, with salary for both appointments being at step 24 of the 1628 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general salary increases to apply.
