Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Rick Healey as Assistant Deputy Minister (Policy and Programs) with the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services on an acting basis, effective January 20, 2014, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Healey’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of the date of appointment, where applicable.
