Under the authority of paragraph 20(1)(c) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Edwina Bateman to the Judicial Complaints Panel to represent the public interest, with effect from a current date, for a three-year term.
