Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Heather Tizzard as Assistant Deputy Minister (Employment Support) in the Department of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs on an acting basis, effective January 20, 2014, with salary at step 23 on the 1308 point scale in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general increases to apply.
