Under the authority of subsection 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Licence to Occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 30 m² of Crown Land situated at Rhodies Pond, Placentia Junction, in the Electoral District of Placentia - St. Mary's, to David Crawford for the purpose of a boathouse and two wharves, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such Licences to Occupy.
